Change of Mind Returns

Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept the return of any products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that the product you select is appropriate for you, based on advice from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

Other Returns

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Eczema and Psoriasis Clinic will accept product returns and provide an exchange, repair, or refund (as applicable) under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
  • The product is unsafe.
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other valid proof of purchase.

In some cases, the product may need to be returned to the wholesaler or manufacturer for further assessment to determine the nature of the issue. Eczema and Psoriasis Clinic reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund, or repair if the item’s fault is deemed to be the result of misuse or neglect. For major product failures, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

How to Return an Item
